The admin is not able to create and edit any role.

Version: Master

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as an admin. 2. Click on roles inside the setting tab 3. Click on create role button

Expected result: The admin should be able to create and edit any role.

Actual result: It is showing a blank page when the admin is trying to create and edit any role. Please find the screenshot Here

I have checked in my local environment. I can create role with custom permissions.

@jitendra-webkul Now, this issue is fixed. so I am closing this issue. And I have attached a screenshot Here, for future reference.
