The admin is not able to update the lead's stage.

Krayin Version: V1.2.2

Steps To reproduce--

1. Log in as an admin. 2. Click on leads tabs 3. Try to update the lead's stage.

Note: This error is getting only in the live server

Expected result: The admin is not able to update the lead's stage. Actual result: There is a warning message when The admin is trying to update the lead's stage. Please find the screenshot Here
