Incorrect selection functionality: san

xania was found in #1379 to handle select rows incorrectly. It selects the new row, but keeps the old rows selected. The correct functionality is that at most one row may be selected.

san is also affected from this issue. @errorrik can you take a look at it please? For the meantime I'll move san into the broken-frameworks directory.

I'll keep chrome 118 results back until next week such that you have a chance to fix it.
