Incorrect selection functionality: reflex

xania was found in #1379 to handle select rows incorrectly. It selects the new row, but keeps the old rows selected. The correct functionality is that at most one row may be selected.

reflex is also affected from this issue. @zouloux can you take a look at it please? For the meantime I'll move reflex into the broken-frameworks directory.

I'll keep chrome 118 results back until next week such that you have a chance to fix it.
