[REQUEST] Sub -> Follow

Sub and unsub should be changed to follow and unfollow to align with Twitch's language.

Admittedly I don't think it is a big deal as actually subbing (not following) is outside the scope of this tool so the naming collision wouldn't happen either way, but thought I'd put this here anyways.
