Last.fm import file excludes all commas

I found an issue with the last.fm exporter, it excludes all commas from the artists, albums and tracks.

Someone on Reddit said referring to https://benjaminbenben.com/lastfm-to-csv (the one used with maloja): "This is a very old post, but for the future lurkers, I recommend this one (https://lastfm.ghan.nl/export). The one above has a serious problem: instead of encapsulating items into quotes, it goes the easy way and just omits commas in all items, which leads to different kinds of errors. This one, on the other hand, handles this correctly."

So I spent some time trying to edit the columns copying and pasting on spreadsheets office suites, just the artist, album and track fields to the ones generated by the benjamin one (it failed with ms office online and offline, libre office, onlyoffice, wps office and finally google sheets saved it in a way that made maloja be able to import it), and it worked. The problem is having to this work every time I decide to import from Last.fm.
