Stopped working suddenly

I have been using this for 2 years now and all of a sudden it reverted back to the original state.

I pressed shift on my keyboard twice by mistake. I don't know if that's a shortcut to something? Can anyone help me out please?

Holding shift while starting the Anki app disables add-ons. Did you try restarting Anki? What version of Anki and add-on do you use?
