OIDValidator to support IHE OID-definition

Current OIDValidator require two digit at the begining of OID, but for example ISO root start with one digit.

The IPF project has been moved to https://github.com/oehf/ipf/ some years ago. Any chance you could check whether the fix is still required and if yes, re-submit your issue there? Thank you.
