Bug: Freeze on more than Max recent projects

Hello, when I open more projects in new window, than is Max recent projects in settings, PHPStorm freezes entirely and has to be shut down by Task Manager.

Example:

• I have Max recent projects set on 3
• I have 3 opened windows with different projects
• I try to open fourth
• Empty IDE window appears and the other ones freeze and become irresponsible

It clearly depends on Max recent project, when used 4, it happens at fifth window and so on.
