IntelliJ's import order overrides plugin's order when "Optimize imports on the fly" is set

When organizing imports automatically with option "Optimize imports on the fly" the plugin seems to handle the correct order, but after a ~ second the order gets overridden by the IntelliJ import order settings.

No, just don't use Optimize imports on the fly

The bug was logged vs Intellij Idea: IDEA-184223 Optimize imports on the fly does not respect active Eclipse code formatter settings https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-184223

If any support required/expected from Intellij Idea developers - please update the bug.
