Odd. Mine is still working fine and I actually just removed and re-added the integration back this weekend as I was changing ports around.

Yes, sounds like upload speed isn't an issue :) Have you also tried changing the Stream Type in the config and see if it makes a difference?

If you go to your integrations page, click Configure on the Blue Iris integration, then there is a dropdown for the stream type.
