Does this project need a new maintainer?

First off I use this project for work, and I'm greatly appreciative of the work that has been done here. I think OpenAPI has a bright future.

I think this project was kicked off by PayPal. Guessing they have walked away from using it.

We are using this project and running into some issues, realizing that OpenAPI 3.0 probably will never be supported, null, broken dependency numbers, etc etc.

I'd volunteer if I had the time, but maybe just wondering if others out there are using this in production environments and are hoping it will live on.

We might consider just re-writing the basic functionality in house. My employer probably won't let me re contribute work done on hours though.
