events.js - unhandled error event

So I'm trying to use swaggerize, and it's not letting me initialize the project, it's erroring out after entering my email address during the yo swaggerize step.

I tried updating yo. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both yo and the generator, but nothing is working. Any idea why this is happening?
