package cross canadian does not build with CLANGSDK '0'

Using the dunfell branch I am not able to build an image with the CLANSDK = 0 because it is also including clang cross canadian. I've seen that you fixed the issue in master: https://github.com/kraj/meta-clang/commit/a405b2ed31e978b20326789007994a52d95527ee

Could you please also apply this change to the dunfell branch? Thanks!
