Create a zenodo entry

@RaczeQ Curious about where this is? I search "QuackOSM" on Zenodo and didn't find anything.

@jGaboardi It's not yet published/registered anywhere. This issue is just a reminder to do it sometime in the future, be it Zenodo or JOSS with pyOpenSci 😅

You can also simply register the repo itself in Zenodo, just to cover your bases and give folks something to cite until you get a software paper out. For example over in PySAL land, we have DOIs for both the repo and paper(s).
