There currently is a new version in the making. Maybe you can try the [`features/acf-5`](https://github.com/Yoast/yoast-acf-analysis/tree/features/acf-5) branch to see if it has the issue as well?
We released 2.0 today which was a major rewrite. Can you check if this is still an issue for you?

What ACF Version? Any other plugins active?
