Locking complevel option when detect the `COMPLVL` lump in the WAD you load

Hello, as I am writing this request, Nyan Doom added the Woof-family ports feature about locking the Complevel option when detecting the COMPLVL lump in the WAD you load. Can you add that exact feature to DSDA-Doom version 0.30.0?

We dont have a way to disable options like nyan does yet. But when we do we might do this.
