@karloz25 No need for that that HDMI works fine on either iOS 7 jailbreak. If you have iOS 7.1 - 7.1.2 you can use the Pangu jailbreak available here http://en.7.pangu.io if you have iOS 7.0 - 7.06 you can use the Evasi0n jailbreak available here http://evasi0n.com both jailbreaks are untethered and should work great.

If you mean a fork of mach portal + Yalu for iOS 10.1.1 for iPhone 7. Well the source code for that isn't available and probably won't be anytime soon.
