Automation issue when Service and Light tile are separated.

Open MoTechnicalities opened this issue 3 years ago • 5 comments

When the plugin's WIZ Scene service is activated but the Service Tile and Light Tile are separated in HomeKit, then if you Quick Press either Tile for a bulb, both Tiles for that Bulb will Turn ON/OFF as expected. But if you set an automation to turn ON/OFF either the Service tile or the Light tile then the other Tile for that bulb will not activate. One Tile will be ON and the other Tile for that same bulb will be OFF.

If you do not separate the Tiles then the bulbs do not present themselves for automatons using the EVE App.

You also cannot perform an automation to dimm a light to 0%.

Strange that Siri understands how to set a WIZ light to 0%, but there is no way to set that up for automations.

Just wondering if the log errors are related to the inability to turn off the lights through automatons.

If I try to slide dimming down to zero during an automation setup, it jumps to 100%. The second screen shot is with my finger holding the slider at 0%. No Homebridge logs occur while doing this action. imageimage
