Unfortunately this is hard to troubleshoot without logs. If you don't mind, can you try running it again on the latest version with Homebridge debug mode enabled? https://github.com/homebridge/homebridge/wiki/Basic-Troubleshooting

@JRMaca the only explanation I have is that your Homebridge server is somehow firewall'd off from the your bulbs. Were you able to resolve this?

Does this happen often? Unfortunately homekit gives me a very limited amount of time to complete the request, and it's possible there were some delays in the network
