No "Menu" button in main UI

Per the 'operation' section of the manual: https://shinysdr.switchb.org/manual/operation, there should be a 'menu' button somewhere on the UI, but I can't seem to find it. I'm running the latest HEAD from github. Screenshot attached. Screen Shot 2020-08-20 at 10 16 23 AM

It looks like the pane-management code didn't properly load (so the menu on the left is missing and everything is permanently visible). What exact browser and version are you using? Please also post the contents of the JavaScript console log.
