Add objects loaded from servers

localStorage is not a complete solution; Cubes should be able to function as a hosted webapp with its own server-side storage for persistent objects — so do that.

Contradictory further refinements:

  • Dumb-HTTP storage support (GET/PUT).
  • Multiplayer (smarter server/protocol).
