Poor design choices

When you first open the webpage, about 80% of space is taken up by buttons/switches and other crap, whereas the actual content is lurking underneath. In order to access it, you have to scroll down. Please make the controls more compact so that you can actually see at least some of the content without having to scroll.

For example, the logo and the tabs (розклад занятть/розклад сесії/розклад для викладачів) could really fit into one bar, especially if you shorten the labels to Заняття/Сесія/Для викладачів. Perhaps a theme switch could fit there too if you change it from an actual switch to something more compact, like a pressable sun/moon icon. The margins on the controls could be smaller too.
