Add Room Persistent Library benchmark

Yes, I'm aware of that this library is in really early stage, but I think it's worth to add as just another solution to this benchmark application, which is testing just the most basic use cases.

Btw I've realised I didn't use setters/getters - should I add them to make it consistent with the rest of tests?
