I wanted to know about an implementation for Windows as opencl.dll

Something similar to dxvk

clvk does work on Windows. Are you facing a specific issue?

I didn't find any type of clvk.dll? Where can I find this file or how can I compile it?

Following the instructions in the README (https://github.com/kpet/clvk?tab=readme-ov-file#getting-started) should produce an OpenCL.dll in the build folder.
