Binaries!

Great Project! it's very useful given that my "AMD FirePro W7000" card does not install OpenCL properly here on win7 32bit... but would you provide binaries? as i can't compile this, Since you have python requirement to compile and that is banned on my computer.

+1.. another option is supporting github actions CI (+artifacts) so we don’t have to wait for tagged releases...

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions! It's good to know that CI artefacts are good enough for some people at least. I'll look into publishing artefacts from the existing Azure Pipelines CI first since that's cheaper to implement but looking into Github Actions is also on my radar.

I've now pushed a basic change to the CI to publish artifacts. This will be done for each commit to the master branch. You can access them by clicking on the Azure Pipelines badge at the top of the README. This should be made more discoverable and easier to use but I hope it is already useful. Feedback welcome!
