Cadabra 2.3.5 on Windows 10 won't open

Cadabra 2.3.5 on Windows 10 won't open with Anaconda 3.8 and texlive 2020 installed. No warning or anything.

If I run it from command line, I get the following:

python C:\Cadabra\bin\cadabra2 Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Cadabra\bin\cadabra2", line 29, in from cadabra2 import * ImportError: DLL load failed while importing cadabra2: The specified module could not be found.

Any ideas? Are there logfiles created so I can try and debug?

I do not have time anymore to attempt to bring the Windows version to life. Someone will need to step up to help a bit, if even to try and build it from source and try to build the installer. Until that happens, your best bet is WSL (or install a real operating system).
