Add debugging output for battery information

Up to now we've been blind with regards to the information about batteries present in the system. This change should allow us to ask for debug output in case of problems.

@kpcyrd Sorry, I force pushed over your commits. :grimacing: I would say your version looks good, so let's get rid of my changes again and release 0.6.0 with the skip_on_battery feature.

Sorry for not following up after pushing, I've changed the error! to debug! because it's fine if the system doesn't have any batteries and I've reduced the number of times we need to loop over the batteries. Thanks for working on this! :)
