How to reuse the config from the "System Package" with this "Flatpack" version ?

Title says it all.

I have the System Package version of SyncThings installed for a while, I've found this GTK version today and would like to use it instead, but I don't understand how to use the configuration that already exists.

After asking the same on Syncthing Forums my question is more about this screen : I don’t understand what you mean by “deamon”, and what I should find in /config/syncthing if I have anything ST already running.
