Hard to enable "monitor filesystem for changes"

Hello A minor suggestion: it took me an embarrassingly long time to understand how to enable "Monitor filesystem for changes" in the shared folder settings (it was greyed out). I suggest that the mouseover text (don't recall the exact text, but to the extent of "install pyinotify to use this feature") be included in the description (which is already somewhat long).

I'm using Syncthing-GTK 0.9.2 (Daemon v0.14.5).

I'd rather not extending that text, especially because is long, but I can do same thing as is done with file manager integration and put note bellow that field, only when it's relevant. How about that?
