"SC Controller was upgraded" prompt shown despite no recent upgrade

Hi,

The prompt is all nice in case an upgrade has happened without the user noticing it, and as such I'd like to keep the "Display with each new version" prompt checked.

However, the message prompt is show on every startup, despite no upgrade has taken place.
