OSD menus may not be usable when windows 11 start menu is open

Windows 11 changed the behaviour of the start menu. I am following this overflow because at the moment it does not seem possible to either draw over the start menu or make it translucent, effectively making start menu use with OSK very difficult. May consider making OSK morph around menu.
