Right trigger being pressed when not pressed on Windows

Was playing Black Ops 3 Zombies, noticed right trigger was being pressed when I was running around. Thought it may be a sensitivity issue, so increased right trigger analog range start, but it still was misfiring. I didn't test it when other buttons/touchpad/joystick are not being used, but I don't think it happens then.
