Allow turn on/off gyro as a Special Action

The different ways the gyro can be enabled/disabled are very limited at the moment. Only a single button can disable the gyro, making it very difficult for people using controllers other than the Steam Controller to turn off the gyro and recenter their controllers if they have a very complex profile.

I'm trying to make a comfortable profile for a very complex game. I currently have no choice but to turn off the gyro while R3 is pressed, which contributes to my wrist becoming fatigued. It would be helpful if I could double-tap one of the face buttons or disable the gyro using a button held in combination with a modeshift. If I could simply select Disable Gyro under the Special Actions menu, it would open up many possibilities.
