Menu opens on wrong monitor (Windows)

just add some information, I can confirm this issue happening, it opens on my second monitor which in my case is a laptop (yes) that I'm using via spacedesk (it's basically a glorified VNC).

This is how I have them arranged, the 2nd being the laptop.
