bluemuse cannot connect to muse

The issue is hard to explain for as it varies from time to time. Sometimes it connects to muse and then when starting to stream it crashes. Other times it doesn't connect at all. It usually starts by connecting once opened (bluemuse) but then when it crashes I try to reconnect I cannot. Using no dongle in windows 10.
