[e2e] Connectivity issues

What happened?:

After running the e2e tests many times, I got an error:

    Given I have the following accounts:
      Error: timeout error: node is synchronised

After quickly checking the logs, it seems there are some connectivity issues but I'm not too sure. Attached logs. logs.zip

If it's an issue, how can we reproduce it?:

Run the e2e multiple times
