Support multi-package project
Add multi command to create multipackage project with custom configurations for each package.

Thanks for your interest in this issue :blush: The current status of this feature is "In idea generation", I guess :bulb:
To be honest, I want to point out that this is not the priority for us and mostly nice-to-have one in the future at the moment, as a multi-package project is not a typical case :slightly_smiling_face:
We do have a roadmap for a couple of our next releases where we put the draft plan of what we are going to do next and put it publicly in the milestones so people can come to see and comment on what we are going to do. And now this issue is not included in any of them as we considered this one it to be a low-priority one. However, of course, we would love to have this done one day in some future milestone. Thanks for offering your help with that! We will update the ticket once this issue is included in the release, so we can discuss it in more detail implementation-wise and start working on that.
