When starting stan I get No CLI option specified for no-default and I am not sure how to make that warning disappear, eg:

  ⓘ Checking environment variables and CLI arguments for default configurations file usage...
    Fiasco:
      * [Error  ] No STAN_USE_DEFAULT_CONFIG Env Variable is set
      * [Error  ] No CLI option specified for no-default

when setting the ignore path, I wondered if the path was relative to the hiedir or to the folder where stan is run from ?
