H1 heading requires a line break
We follow CommonMark – we have a single H1 to start each document. In most cases this duplicates (or slightly restates) the title from the metadata, which looks weird and takes up unnecessary space in Confluence.
This request is for a flag to remove the leading H1 on all documents before pushing to Confluence.
Is it possible that H1 headings are now always ignored, with or without use of the --drop-h1 flag? I'm not using the flag, and yet my H1 is not being included.
Nevermind - it seems that a line break is required between the metadata and the first line of content.
With this, the H1 isn't rendered in Confluence ...
<!-- Space: <space> -->
<!-- Title: <title> -->
# H1 Title

If this seems like a bug, I can open a new issue.
@rhbecker thx for the bug report. It is a bug. I'll just rename the issue.
