Show Annotations in the viewer for MBD use

Model-Based Definition (MBD) is a technique to include manufacturing and design information in a 3D-model instead of using traditional 2D-technical drawings for a paperless manufacturing.

Show the annotations that are in for example an STEP AP242 in the viewer

I believe @kovacsv wrote the library kovacsv/occt-import-js so maybe best to add this issue there
