Update the Spring Boot logic and the UI to better show matches that were tied

Hi @koushikkothagal I can see that we are getting tied result in the api /team/{teamName}/matches. Does this defect need any spring boot changes? Is this defect for UI changes? Or Do we need any separate api to list tied matches? tie
