Bring back a better watermarking tool

As an artist, I would like to be able to share a lower res and watermarked version of my works. This to still show my work, but prevent theft by third parties.

I would like to be able to choose this option during sharing, as sometimes I need to share production quality source files to producers, and sometimes want to share work to those I don't fully trust.
