Project won't run. Getting a "bad configured" error when trying to run

I'm tryin the coroutines handson project https://play.kotlinlang.org/hands-on/Introduction%20to%20Coroutines%20and%20Channels/01_Introduction but it won't run because of an error:

Error running 'contributors.MainKt': 'JDK_1.8.0' is bad configured
