Add to HACS to simplify installation

I love the look of this, and assuming the initial installation steps (minus the additional configuration steps) can be done programmatically, eventually getting this on HA community store would be great.

I'm sure i'm not the first to mention it, but I didn't see any tracking issue for it yet, so figured i'd create one.
