Clicking the widget sometimes doesn't open the resources monitor

I'm not sure how to make this bug reproducible or what's causing the problem exactly, but oftentimes the functionality for opening the resources monitor (ksysguard) by clicking this widget stops working, and will not work again until a new fresh KDE session is restarted.

The problem doesn't happen with plasma's built-in resources monitor widget, so I guess it's not about that application.

This applet newer opens resources monitor. Have it installed on various machines with KDE and on none of them it opens org.kde.ksysguard
