Application Menu Not Show After Rebooted

After reboot, AWC show as normal but when I open any application, the application menu does not show up until I go to AWC's setting then re-enable it.

So the setting is not remembered? I mean "Enable application menu" checkbox is not checked after reboot? Or you need to, uncheck it and then check it again to make it work?

What version of Plasma and widget are you using?
