[Feature Request] Secret Chats

Add ability to use and manage secret chats

It would be nice to see in TDesktop, actually.

The thing is that there is no local message database for now. It may be implemented in future, but I can't say when.

I don't think that secret chats is something we can implement. Even tdesktop developer can't implement them because it requires rewrite of a big part of tdesktop. Secret chats need a lot of effort to support, it's not just message database. It's so hard so that even tdesktop developer says it's easier to rewrite the app in tdlib rather than just to implement them. I don't think we have enough knowledge or power to implement them in any way.
