[Feature Request] Sound if someone joins or leaves a voice call

It is kind of annoying when you dont hear if someone joins or leaves a voice call, since i dont always have the little call window in front of me. I think a little sound that indicates that someone is joining or leaving, would be a great addition to Kotatogram.

Which sound though :thinking: I guess using the same sound that is used for notifications would be confusing

The other idea would be to maybe reuse one of the included sounds, like the group_call_allowed.mp3 if someone joins the call.

1. I think it should be optional or at least disabled by default, because it can get annoying very quickly, especially in big voice chats.
2. It's better to use sound similar to existing ones (or use existing one, since you can change even default ones anyway).
