Describe the solution you’d like

I use a bot that sends notifications about some events. It is handy, especially on mobile. However, on desktop, I have other means of receiving those notifications, and the bot just duplicates them. It would be perfect if I was able to mute the bot only on one device.

A related request, though less important, is an ability to locally unmute chats that were muted across all your devices, to support the reverse scenario: receive notifications on desktop but not on mobile.
